What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:

• Your Apple User Identifier and account record
• Your email address and display name
• All usage statistics (screenshots processed, bytes saved)
• Your subscription tier record (note: cancelling your App Store subscription is separate — see below)
• All processing session history

What Is NOT Affected

• Your photos and screenshots stored on your device — these are yours and are never sent to us
• Your App Store subscription billing — you must cancel this separately through Apple (Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SnapSlim → Cancel Subscription) before deleting your account if you want to stop future charges

Option 1 — Delete In-App (Fastest)

The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside SnapSlim:

1. Open SnapSlim
2. Tap the Settings tab (bottom right)
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm when prompted

Your account will be deleted immediately and you will be signed out.

Option 2 — Request via This Form

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by submitting the form below. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

Additional Notes (optional)

I understand that deleting my account is permanent and irreversible. All my SnapSlim data will be deleted within 30 days. I have separately cancelled my App Store subscription if applicable.

Confirmation & Timeline

• You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days acknowledging your request
• Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request
• A final confirmation email will be sent once deletion is complete
