Refund Policy

๐Ÿ’ก Summary: SnapSlim subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles all billing and refunds. We cannot issue refunds directly โ€” you must request them through Apple. We're happy to assist you with the process.

1. App Store Purchases

All payments for SnapSlim โ€” including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, and the Lifetime plan โ€” are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. Everyday Solutions does not directly handle, store, or process any payment card information.

Because Apple is the merchant of record, all refund requests must be submitted to Apple. Everyday Solutions does not have the ability to issue refunds independently.

2. How to Request a Refund from Apple

You can request a refund for any App Store purchase using one of the following methods:

Method 1 โ€” reportaproblem.apple.com (Recommended)

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find SnapSlim in your purchase history
  4. Select "Request a Refund" and choose your reason
  5. Submit โ€” Apple typically responds within 48 hours

Method 2 โ€” iPhone / iPad Settings

  1. Open Settings โ†’ tap your name โ†’ Subscriptions
  2. Tap SnapSlim
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription (this stops future billing; for a refund on a past charge, use Method 1)

Method 3 โ€” Apple Support

Contact Apple Support at support.apple.com/billing and ask them to process a refund for your SnapSlim purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your SnapSlim subscription at any time through your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Settings โ†’ tap your name โ†’ Subscriptions
  2. Tap SnapSlim โ†’ Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid tier until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period โ€” this is governed by Apple's standard subscription terms.

4. Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants permanent access to SnapSlim Pro features for as long as the app is available on the App Store. Because it is a non-subscription purchase, it is subject to Apple's standard non-subscription refund policy (generally within 90 days of purchase).

5. Free Tier

SnapSlim offers a permanent Free tier with no payment required. No refunds are applicable to the Free tier as no money is charged.

6. When We Recommend Requesting a Refund

We believe a refund is reasonable if:

  • The app failed to function as described and we were unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner
  • You were charged for a renewal you did not intend (e.g., you forgot to cancel before the renewal date)
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong plan (e.g., monthly instead of yearly)
  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge

If any of these apply, please also email us so we can flag the issue on our end and improve the app.

7. Our Commitment

While we cannot issue refunds directly, we will always advocate for you with Apple if you contact us. If you believe you deserve a refund and Apple has denied it, reach out to us at support@evrydaysolutions.com โ€” we will do our best to help.
